Steven C. Goren is the President of Armada Real Estate Services. He began his real estate career in 1978, leasing and selling homes in the City of Detroit while attending the University of Michigan. Since then, Mr. Goren earned a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School and is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Florida. He began his commercial real estate career in 1986 and established Armada Real Estate Services in 1991. The firm has since grown to become one of metropolitan Detroit's premier full service commercial real estate firms.

Rosellen Gliner has been a respected figure in metro Detroit retail real estate since 1981. Her background includes shopping center leasing and sales for many of southeast Michigan's premier landlords throughout the tri-county area. She has also completed numerous sales of restaurant and hair salon properties. Today, Rosellen specializes in retail leasing in Oakland County for top developers and landlords. She is Armada Real Estate's senior salesperson, joining the firm in 1986 as founder Steve Goren's first associate.

Bruce Goodwin joined Armada Real Estate as an Associate Broker in 2009 bringing to Armada over 25 years of commercial brokerage experience. His primary area of focus is the representation of retailers and landlords in the sale and leasing of shopping centers, strip centers, free standing properties, land and new development and redevelopment opportunities. Darryl Goodwin began his real estate career in 2000 and joined Armada Real Estate as an Associate Broker in 2009. Darryl is a graduate of Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Since then, Darryl has established himself as one of Metro Detroit’s top full service commercial brokers, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail properties throughout the entire State of Michigan. Darryl’s client list includes local and national retailers and many of the area’s most prominent Landlords as well as out of state developers and investors. Layth Barash earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan – Dearborn in 1992 and began his professional career working for Kelsey Hayes Brakes Division in Milford, MI before later joining General Dynamics Services Division in Troy, MI. Following his early professional work, Layth left the field of mechanical engineering and enjoyed a successful 15 year career as a self employed retailer before ultimately deciding to become a commercial real estate agent in 2004. Layth offers his clients the benefit of his own experience as retail store operator as well as a great depth of knowledge gained from many years working with landlords and developers in the leasing and sale of their properties.
